With customized projects we do not accept returns.  The designs that we do are approved by the customer before we cut the design and once it is cut we can not recut it with out an additional cost.  Stock designs are returnable for 10 day from delivery and must be shipped back at the customers expence, the refund will be made within 48 hours of reciept of return. 

We can ship anything to any where,  avrage shipping cost very on the size and weight.
